Preschool in Central Singapore, in the Heart of Novena
A warm, inquiry-based preschool minutes from Novena MRT and opposite KK Women's and Children's Hospital — with bright classrooms and generous outdoor play spaces for children aged 17 months to 6 years.
Established in May 2013, Pegasus International Preschool Singapore (PIPS) sits in the heart of central Singapore — in Novena, just minutes from Novena MRT and directly opposite KK Women's and Children's Hospital. It is a warm, welcoming place where children aged 17 months to 6 years learn through inquiry, play and discovery. Following a Reggio Emilia–inspired curriculum, we surround young learners with bright classrooms, thoughtful activity areas and generous outdoor spaces designed to spark curiosity.
Location & environment
Pegasus is ideally placed in the central region of Singapore, close to the Central Area and easily reached from across the island. For working parents it is wonderfully convenient — drop your child off, head to work, and stay close enough for an easy check-in — and just as handy for families running errands nearby.
Inside, our facilities are designed to inspire curiosity and discovery. Bright, decorated classrooms give children from many cultural backgrounds a happy place to learn and play, while open-concept spaces keep them active, engaged and eager to explore.

Near Novena MRT & central Singapore
Getting to Pegasus is easy. We are only a few minutes' walk from Novena MRT on the North–South Line, with bus routes and parking close by, so morning drop-offs and afternoon pick-ups fit neatly around your day.
Being in central Singapore means we are close to the offices, medical hubs and neighbourhoods of the Novena and Newton area — an ideal home base for families who live or work in the heart of the city.

Opposite KK Women's and Children's Hospital
Our campus sits directly opposite KK Women's and Children's Hospital, one of Singapore's most trusted names in paediatric and family care. For many parents, that proximity brings real peace of mind throughout the preschool day.
The surrounding neighbourhood is calm, green and family-friendly — a gentle setting where young children can settle in, feel safe and focus on the joy of learning.

Outdoor play space
We make the most of our spacious grounds outside the classrooms. The outdoors is the perfect place for preschoolers to master emerging physical skills — running, leaping and jumping — and to build hand-eye coordination through ball games, throwing and catching.
With swings, a slide and plenty of room to explore, our outdoor play areas keep children close to nature — happy, healthy and always ready for the next adventure.

Classroom & activity areas
Every classroom is arranged as an invitation to learn. Dedicated activity centres for art, reading, building and dramatic play let children choose, investigate and follow their interests at their own pace.
Thoughtfully prepared materials and eye-catching displays turn each corner into a discovery — supporting the hands-on, inquiry-based learning at the heart of the Pegasus approach.

Holistic development
Our goal is not simply to teach basic skills, but to nurture children's physical, emotional, cognitive and social development together — through close collaboration between parents, community and teachers.
Learning begins through the senses — sight, touch, smell, sound and taste. Guided by their own questions, children engage in hands-on experiences and conversations that build valuable learning dispositions to carry through life.
